Sano Apps ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Nameloom application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Nameloom is designed to work entirely on your device without requiring an account or transmitting your data to our servers.

2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

Nameloom does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Usage analytics or tracking data

• Device identifiers

• Your favorite names or preferences

• Names you search for or browse

3. LOCAL DATA STORAGE

Nameloom stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Favorites: Names you add to your favorites list

• Recently Viewed: Names you have recently viewed

• App Preferences: Your settings (theme, language, etc.)

• Compare Lists: Names you're comparing

• Downloaded Content: Optional content packs you download

This data never leaves your device and is stored in your iOS app container.

4. COMMUNITY FEATURES

Nameloom offers optional community features that use Apple's secure cloud services:

• Name Ratings: When you rate a name, your rating is stored anonymously using Apple's secure infrastructure. Ratings are not linked to your Apple ID or any personal information.

• Community Averages: We display aggregate rating data (average scores, rating counts) to help you see what other users think about names.

This anonymous data helps improve the app experience for all users while respecting your privacy.

5. NAME DATABASE

Nameloom includes a database of baby names, meanings, origins, and related information. This database is bundled with the app and processed locally on your device. We do not track which names you search for, view, or save.

6. OPTIONAL CONTENT DOWNLOADS

Nameloom may offer optional content packs (such as translations or additional name data) that can be downloaded from our servers. When downloading content:

• We may log basic download statistics (total downloads) without identifying individual users.

• Downloads are performed over HTTPS for security.

• Downloaded content is stored locally on your device.

• No personal information is transmitted during downloads.

7. IN-APP PURCHASES

Nameloom uses Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Nameloom is designed to be family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is suitable for users of all ages.

9. DATA SECURITY

Since Nameloom processes all data locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings. We recommend:

• Keeping your iOS updated

• Using a strong device passcode

• Enabling Face ID or Touch ID

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete from our systems. Your local data can be managed through the app's settings or by deleting the app. Anonymous community ratings cannot be linked back to you.
